Refund Policy

1. Introduction
At MolosoForex Academy, we are committed to providing quality forex trading education. This Refund Policy explains the conditions applying to payments for our courses and mentorship programs.
2. General Refund Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable once educational content has been made accessible or mentorship services have begun. Students should carefully review the program details before making a payment. This policy does not exclude any refund rights available under applicable law.
3. VIP Lifetime Mentorship
Our VIP Mentorship program costs $350 for lifetime membership. Once access to the program or its educational resources has been provided, payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
4. One-on-One Mentorship
Our one-on-one mentorship program costs $1,500 for one month. Once scheduled mentorship services have begun, payments are generally non-refundable. Requests relating to services not yet provided will be reviewed in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.
5. Installment Payments
MolosoForex Academy may approve installment payment arrangements for the $350 VIP Lifetime Mentorship program. Students may receive VIP membership access after their initial partial payment has been approved. Each student must complete the remaining balance by their individually agreed payment deadline. If a student misses the agreed deadline, VIP access may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance has been paid and confirmed. Once the full $350 membership fee has been paid, no further VIP membership fees are required. Installment payments are generally non-refundable once VIP access or mentorship services have begun, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We will review refund requests involving duplicate payments, incorrect charges, services not provided as agreed, or other circumstances where a refund or remedy may be required by law.
7. Trading Results
MolosoForex Academy does not guarantee trading profitability, income, or financial success. Trading losses or failure to achieve expected results do not, by themselves, create an entitlement to a refund.
8. Requesting a Refund
Students who believe they qualify for a refund should contact our official support channel with their name, payment details, date of payment, and reason for the request. Each request will be reviewed according to this policy and applicable law.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page. Changes will not override rights that already apply to previous purchases.
