1. Introduction
Welcome to MolosoForex Academy. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules governing access to our website, courses, mentorship programs, and educational resources. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Educational Purpose
MolosoForex Academy provides forex trading education. Our courses, lessons, mentorship sessions, and other materials are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute personalized financial or investment advice.
3. Student Accounts
Students must provide accurate registration information and keep their login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities conducted through your account. Account sharing, unauthorized access, and attempts to bypass security restrictions are prohibited.
4. Course Access
Access to courses and learning materials depends on enrollment, payment confirmation where applicable, and account approval. Students must not distribute, resell, record, or share protected course materials without written permission.
5. Mentorship Programs
Our VIP mentorship program is offered at a stated lifetime membership price of $350. Lifetime access refers to access for the operating lifetime of the applicable program, subject to these terms and any clearly disclosed program changes. One-on-one mentorship is a separate program priced at $1,500 for one month. Specific benefits, scheduling, availability, and access arrangements should be confirmed before payment.
6. Payments and Installments
VIP Mentorship costs $350 as a one-time membership fee for access during the operating lifetime of the program. Approved installment payments are accepted. Students may receive VIP access after their initial partial payment has been approved. Each student must complete the outstanding balance by their individually agreed deadline. If the deadline is missed, VIP access may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance is paid and confirmed. Access will then be restored, subject to the agreed payment terms and applicable law. Once the full $350 has been paid, no further VIP membership fees are required.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our published Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Students should review the Refund Policy before making a payment.
8. Intellectual Property
Videos, lessons, graphics, written materials, branding, and other original Academy content are owned by MolosoForex Academy or used with permission. Enrollment does not transfer ownership of these materials to students.
9. Trading Risks and Results
Forex and leveraged trading involve substantial financial risk, including the possibility of losing your entire trading capital. We do not guarantee profitability, trading success, specific income, or investment returns. Individual learning and trading outcomes vary.
10. Acceptable Use
Users must not interfere with website security, misuse student accounts, distribute unauthorized copies of educational materials, or use our services for unlawful activities. We may restrict access for serious violations, subject to applicable law.
11. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access to our platform, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, or third-party service disruptions. Material changes affecting paid access will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when our services or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be published on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
